Program Details:
Spanish is offered to children 3+ once a week. Children will learn Spanish songs, numbers, shapes, basic conversation and fun seasonal activities that are celebrated in different countries. This afternoon club is offered from 12:30-2pm and student must be currently enrolled at the school.
Music and Movement is offered separately to 3 and 4+ year old children once a week. Children are exposed to instruments of the orchestra and some of the most distinguished composers and their masterpieces. They will learn familiar songs and plays. We utilize all of our outdoor areas for movement and stretching. Children will do yoga, rhythm, bells and more. In order to participate in this afternoon club, all children must be enrolled at the school.
Art is a weekly afternoon club where children will learn and execute different art techniques with a variety of supplies and items. They will replicate well known masterpieces and briefly learn about the artist. Children will also paint outdoors with nature objects making art a fun experience. To participate in this club, children must be enrolled in the school and be 4 years old.
Dance: Ballet and tumbling instruction are available through a local dance studio. Lessons occur once a week at the studio for all prekindergarten girls with Interfaith providing transportation and once a week at the school for 3-year-old girls. This program is available to students in our Full Day and School Day 4-year-old programs.
Soccer Shots is an on-campus sports activity available to students enrolled in our 3 and 4-year-old programs.
Taekwondo is a sport activity available to Interfaith students on campus. Your child must be enrolled in our 3- or 4-year-old programs.
