Transition Sings at Day of Giving!

On Tuesday, October 15, The Woodlands will be hosting a Day of Giving to celebrate and honor the spirit of generosity, one of the great pillars of our community.

Through The Woodlands 50th Anniversary Community Giving Initiative, community members are encouraged to give back, in honor of this historic event. We are asking for participation in a Community-Wide Food Drive during the month of October to support the growing needs of our neighbors. This year, Interfaith has seen record need in the Food Pantry, serving 40% more neighbors over 2023. Community partners, such as yourself, are encouraged to host a food drive or donate non-perishable food to Interfaith of The Woodlands on October 15, during the Drive Through Food Drive Collection to be hosted in Interfaith’s parking lot from 9am-4pm. All food collected from October 1-December will be weighed, to honor The Woodlands Golden Anniversary, with a goal of collecting 50,000 POUNDS of donated food to help care for our neighbors.
